              Construction

               SCS, provides construction claim documentation to justify and substantiate construction related claims pertaining to damages.  SCS focuses on construction claim avoidance by requiring the client adhere to the project contract and construction documents.  This process typically involves reviewing daily field reports, labor reports, job meeting minutes, RFI's, shop drawing submittals, project correspondence, contract terms and conditions, inclusive of the general and supplementary general conditions and  project manual.  Once SCS, has a complete understanding of the issue from the clients prospective our independent review would be issued to the client.   Upon completing this process SCS would confer with the clients & attorney if retained and review our independent findings.  At the advice of the clients and or their attorney the claim would then be assembled and issued.  SCS has a reputation of having all parities conform to the project documents and contracts as agreed.
               

              CONSTRUCTABILITY ISSUES

              Defective Workmanship

               SCS has been relied upon to provide cost reports on defective workmanship.  SCS working with an A/E and or Client would receive a deficiency report from the A/E.  The deficiency report SCS would provide our independent costs to repair the defective workmanship as detailed within the A/E report.  SCS cost report would be reviewed by the A/E and included with the report submitted to the Client.  

              Condo Maintenance

              Condo Maintenance 7/20/30/40 Years

               SCS, working with A/E prepares the cost reporting for 7/20/30/40 year, recommended maintenance to condo associations.    From the recommended schedule maintenance report, SCS would provide our independent costs to repair the defective workmanship.   This information would be reviewed by the A/E and included in the recommended maintenance report to the condo association.
